Answering questions mostly in order of your posts:
You can't take much of the loot with you. You need to find some means of transporting it. By the amount of loot available you can easily deduce that the heist against the High Mayor was not the work of a single person.
Adding to eviltb's inventory: Black Steel Dagger Poisonous Rapier Necklace of Perception The gold and lune from the assassin and the fighter (50 Gold and 20 Lune)
New list:
Worn items. BA: 3. Poisonous Rapier (Good Condition. 50% Poison DC:8) BA: 1. Bor Pistol (Weapon, Loaded. Bludgoening and Piercing.) BA: 3. Black Steel Dagger BA: 4. Magic Dagger (Light weapon, Piercing, Lightly damaged-, +1 magical damage.) NAK cloak (Cloak, +2 Stealth) Necklace of Perception. (Neck, +1 Eye while worn)
Backpack: 3 Healing Potions 2 Boompowder and Bullets, 6 charges. 1 Acid Flasks (5 vials/charges)
Pouch: 50 Gold 36 Lune
Among the vials you find: 10 Acid Flasks 1 Vial of Sabito Pills (1 dose) 1 Vial of Graveweed (1 does) 1 Vial of Sleeptooth (5 doses) Remaining flasks contains unknown contents.
Beowuuf: +1 Platinum Wand. (You cannot use it now, but perhaps if you take it to some Dessi friends they can take a look at it for you.)
The Silver Ring has no magical properties you can make out. It does however contains some runic enscriptions. It is probably used as a signet ring for some organisation. + 7 Health from the Healing Potion from Doomy.ยด +1 Mana from Mana regeneration
Doomy: +1 Platinum Amulet(?) Yes it does stack. However, you will be unable to benefit from it at the same time as your Amulet vs. Disease +2. + Magic Scimitar - Magic Dagger - Healing Potion
I guess, you will have spent roughly 2 rounds with the above arrangements and investigations.
This means the vines at the trapdoor will be gone now and you can use the trap door. It appears not to be trapped, it has seen frequent use recently.
eviltb: Will you want to stay a while longer or take your leave now? (If you choose to do the former you will simply leave the two behind and make your own way out... Will probably take a while but can be done without too much effort.)
Beowuuf and Doomy: You need to agree on actions. The sorceress may recognize the ring, but going to her is quite long and will take you roughly 3 rounds (passing through 4 rooms to do so).
Other actions suggested is to find the evil altar (probably even longer than 3 rounds), or try the trap door.

Wasnt there a sneaky secret door to the south of this room that only I could perceive? And we still havnt found the mayors son, have we?

Evil: Just remember to give myself or Beo the ring if you break off from the rest of us. AS: Will we need to post our moves back to the sorceress, or will you just add the time needed to our turncount? I will not wear the platinum amulet at the present time, just keep it in backpack for now. We might as well see what's behind the trapdoor before leaving this location, who wants to open it? I'm the best-protected, but least stealthy. Scout or tank?

Okay, Beowuuf should probably stay in reserve since he's still wounded, so...
Actions: Ready pistol Open the trapdoor, go through it. As always, any leftover points will be used for searching.

Right... Beowuuf also wanted to take the trap door.
As for who gets the silver ring Beowuuf and eviltb will have to decide between them.
I guess this game will come to a close fairly soon now.
The trap door leads to an underground water-way. The thieves escape route from this place as is evidenced by what Doomy sees upon entering.
Doomy seems a boat leave as he descends down into a spacious chamber. It has half a dozen people in it and they row the boat out of range from you. They all look like escaping people, no sign of a prisoner or a hostage there.
There are several more boots moored by the river. There are enough to carry the stolen goods above.
This place contains more mundane goods from the looks of it. Casks, carts and boxes are piled up against the walls.
This place also serves a prison. Two people are currently imprisoned there, each confined in their own cells.
A woman in her twenties. She looks like a local to this area and part of the upper class.
An man in his fifties. By his clothing you judge him to be part of the mayor's household in one way or another.

Okay, one of the prisoners is probably a Helghast or something...
I say Beo and Evil should toss the dead assassin down through the trapdoor, and we can then interrogate the prisoners without releasing them immediately. We can also load the boats with the stolen loot.
Actions Run after the escaping boat, firing my pistol at it and trying to sink it. Unless it's still close enough to be hit by my grenade, in which case I'll use that.

Wow, i miss so much!
I want to find the evil altar aswell then go back to the Dessi allies, I think the room that was west of me with the hidden door was the way (though I am probably wrong)
I had actually meant to take the ring if it had any significance (I think i said) explainign what I found to make me want to take it. So hopefully I possess it.
I would take the ring over to older man to see if he recognises it while freeing him and seeing who he is and why he is there and if he knows anything of the mayor's son.. Not thinkign helghasts, I woudl free both the prisoners unless someone said anything to the contrary (like Doomy),. though I will be swayed by his wordsd on waiting a bit.

Doomy:
A grenade would simply plunge through the water surface where it is prone to do little to no damage.
A bor rifle would have permitted you enough range and accuracy to shoot them, but you have a bor pistol which is a close range weapon.
The boat is out of range when you have climbed down to the room. Your only hope of sinking it is taking a boat of your own and pursuing but the odds are much against you since several men man the oars on the escaping boat.
Clad in plate mail pursuing the men in the water would be slow, and the boat is leaving fairly quick.
If you man the oars with the others, you could have a chance.
Given the loot eviltb has collected when compared to the others I'm inclined to agree on Beowuuf about the ring. Beowuuf also voiced interest in it, and eviltb had not included it in his initial list of items.
If eviltb and/or Beowuuf will comply to Doomy's request to throw down the assassins corpse then state so, otherwise I will assume you will not comply.

I meant for the grenade to land in the boat. I that won't work, I'll shout for the others to get down here and start rowing!

I meant for the grenade to land in the boat. I that won't work, I'll shout for the others to get down here and start rowing! It is quite unlikely. The boat is filled with men, has a rather unpredictible movement and you do not see a clear target to aim at.

Dang. Guess this is why my rifle got turned into a pistol during signup (no overpowered items). Nothing left but to shout for the others, unless the water's current is strong enough to make it a one-way trip.
