Beowuuf Hold on Rogue 1. DC: 3+8+2 = 13. Resist: 1+9=10. Failed.
The other rogue approaches you. To your dismay he avoids the trap trigger you had spotted, but he fails to spot another trigger point which you had not seen.
The effect of this trap is not what you had expected or hoped for. It is an explosive glyph!
Rogue 2: Takes 2+2-1 = 3 damage.
Sylvia has put up a magic shield protecting her. She takes no damage from the explosion but one charge of her shield is removed.
Beowuuf: Takes 3+1 = 4 damage.
The rogue detours the trap while Sylvia put up a protective shield around you.
One round has passed now.... and the battle field looks as follows. Rouge at 1 is able to move again now.
The trapped square is still trapped. Not a good idea to go there, unless you want to trigger an explosion that is.

Hmmm, secret room still looks a little dodgy to me. I'll close it and head toward the fighting, keeping hidden but not joining yet. 3/3 search/stealth spread.

"Stay back or the next magics won't be so benign!" bluffs Beowuuf towards the first rogue, gesturing with his weapon. Beowuuf then murmers a power word of strength (2 mana) to himself and utters something in Dessi. while the rogue before him might thing it's a curse, what Beowuuf actually says is directed to the earth elemental.
"This aggressor is a thief! He may have your talisman!"
If the rogue tries to attack, Beowuuf will unleash all his attacks at him. Probably not applicable this round, but Beowuuf will probably try to bias himself to protecting sylvia from melee attack by moving to block either rogue.

Beowuuf calls over to the Earth Elemental in Dessi, "I will search this man, the other might also have your talisman."

Beowuuf calls over to the Earth Elemental in Dessi, "I will search this man, the other might also have your talisman." The rogue is already stabbing at you. You have lost initiative. I assume you will want to strike back? Any use of magic?

ah what the hell! Lets sneak up on one of the #1 adventurers and sneak-attack him. Id like to know why these giaks are getting attacked, at least. Throw a psychic fear at the other #1 I dont attack, as long as it doesnt compromise my initial sneak. +3 stealth, no search.

Beowuuf: Any new magic or simply finish him off?
You can also try to take the person alive, if you want. (Hold plus Knocking out, or using your weapon to subdue would do that.)

Since I have five more mana than I thought, I think a 3 mana hold and the knocking out tactic. Best not to appear too bloodthirsty infront of the earth elemental

Right. Hold DC: 3+2+9 = 14. Resist: Fails whatever is rolled.
You succesfully Hold the rougue for this round.
Rogue can't attack, although I'll permit some defensive actions however I reckon with the near death state your antagonist is pretty much spent for this round..
Disarming is possible and so is turning the rouge around and taking a submission hold. Smacking the rogue unconscious by a head blow is also permitted.
One round is not enough to tie the person up though.
So ... what do you want to do ?

Psychic fear on adventurer 5, continue to attack the one that was sneak-attacked, if killed move onto the fear'd one.
