About the stakes.
Wouldn't you need a Hammer or similar to drive them into the ground? Or you plan to use brute force for that?
I've reduced the space requirements for some of the items you listed so you have room for a light hammer in your backback (which could double as a weapon)

If some of you want to play co-operatively, then you can do so, just make sure you take the same exit door.
Taking different exit doors may lead to you not seeing each others again, but then again perhaps not.

1 Necklace of Eye (Assumed looted from the Witch at the Crystal Beacon)
Hmmm... reminds me that I've not enforced the max 2 Special Items of some power rule. Ah, well. You might as well just keep them all. Will make the enemies a little bit tougher instead!

Oh, I did not remember it in the chaos of the end! Hmm, since his neck seems free and his eye is bad, if it's allowed I will happily retcon the looting. It seems the sort of practical thing Beowuuf would do  Sadly, he didn't think to take a maginifying glass to ensure he would notice small details in the different goblets. Oh well!
