For a direct hit: Enemy is killed regardless of Tier. For one square off: Enemy takes 5 + 2d10 damage. For two squares off: Enemy takes 3 + 2d8 damage. For three squares off: Enemy takes 1 + 2d6 damage. For four squares off: Enemy takes 2d4 damage
Max Damage: Character can get as much damage (=points) awarded as the creature has health.

You need to roll several times for some of the damage values. 1 roll for 1 square off (5 + 2d10) 4 rolls for 2 squares off (3 + 2 d8), 3 more needed 5 rolls for 3 squares off (1 + 2d6), 4 more needed 4 rolls 4 squares off (2d4), 3 more needed You have done the first of the above so 11 more rolls needed
