And I was just doing too much else yesterday, since I have to check my move with the PM and also got no sleep this week!

Hmmmm Simey/Seren... any actions for next round?
You got a few more clues for the chest.... Another try perhaps?

When you go out of sight, can you take someone unawares again? Can I hit the zombie if I keep stealthed when he comes into the room?

If you close the door and they do not open it the same round (they will not be able to; they are still quite slow), then all old stealth and perception values are reset.

Okay, I think I got the chest puzzle from the numbers, but can you tell me what the 'z' was about in the top row of symbols? Or is it a typo?

Hmmm.... you are all extremely lucky with the magic item rolls. Magic weapons are a little more common than it was in Avalar but your luck in the rolls is ridiculous!
The Wand of Invisibility is a self-only item. You cannot be attacked while invisible unless the creature who tries to attack you uses something else than their eyes to locate and attack you.
However, I will rule that anyone within 2 squares of you when you are using the wand will be able to attack you normally, until you have successfully evaded them.

I have dropped the disarming ability in favour of Rapid Reload since it will probably save more Activity Points in the long run. How wrong was I? LOL!

Out of interest, could I have thrown the poison pellet and then closed the door before the cener got a shot off with his staff or the assassins got close?
I assumed it was a risk and wanted to rush off to draw the zombies first, and perhaps split the herd of tier III warriors since I'm guessing their magic and poison might not make them a cakewalk!

You would need to take it out (1 activity) and then aim and throw it (2 activity). Doubtful. If they reach the door, then you can't close it and three activity is enough to cast a spell. You could certainly have closed the door and then waited for them to come in and then thrown the pellet when they opened the door. Of course, your own Hold spell could have prevented the Druid's move. I tend to disbelieve that you will get all that much better oppurtunity to take them on though. You are at full Health and full Mana, and you did find the magical weapon which does boost your hit chance and damage. Also, they are the main villains here so expect them to act with their own self-preservation in mind.

I guess you lost most yourself. Not sure how you thought you would be able to get a better chance of completing the quest. Full Health. Full Mana. Found a Magic Weapon. Healing Potions in Pack. More or less every action except running away would have required their attention and forced them do deal with you.
