Trasken laid low and began sniffing around for anything out of place. The black sot looked dangerous to Trasken, like those booming weapons the short people like to use a lot. Drawing his weapon Trasken proceed carefully.

There was nothing of interest in the area, but Trasken felt uneasy. This was an unfamiliar hunting ground and these were unfamiliar game. Grabbing his axe close, Trasken sneaked farther south.

Please note that you will fall into traps if you do not put Search points into looking at the Location and you may make both Ranged Search and location Search in 1 Round.
Also Trasken should be fairly confident that the general area is reasonable safe now, at least to the south.

It all happened in a flash, a quick movement and a rustle was all that warned Trasken of the incoming attack. Luckily, he was adapt to fighting in such a place, trusting his gut when it matter and drawing his weapon just in time for the enemy to attack.

There were three of them before Trasken fully understood the situation. Trasken got the first hit in at the first ape with a well placed swing but he soon found himself surrounded by the creature. Unfazed by the predicament, Trasken concentrated on the lead ape, felling it with a well place blow at the neck while taking hits from the creatures' companion.
