I considered doing that but figured most people would be looking for the complete item. Unless we had a direct to the type of material from the page linking the item. The encyclopedia lists items alphabetically so they would find the item type on the place where the item is, as long as the item name starts with the material. In cases where it doesn't we should probably use the item name rather than material name for the encyclopedia. Later on the wiki we can have better linking of the articles with separate description of special materials.

Some thoughts (Aguila Saber caught the other batches before I could get to em ^_^): On the rareness, I would change it to "only found in Kalte." We don't actually know how rare it is: though the RPG lists Baknar as nearly extinct, it also lists them as being walruses In any case, we don't know how easy it is to obtain, nor how often it is traded at the Kalte port (not good with place names, sorry). Some little things. Increase protection to "increases" bronin should be Capitalized in all cases well-crafted instead of well crafted piece "of" armour instead of "on" "it is more resilient" rather than "it can take more hits" "gives" instead of "give" I also agree that Bronin should have its own listing, so you don't have to keep repeating what it is. That second sentence says more about Bronin than it does about the Warhammer. Really, this entry could be shortened to "A durable warhammer crafted of Bronin." You could maybe add "Lone Wolf found one in..."

Seems to be a lot of rare items in Magnamund. I wonder what common is in a country made up of rare materials.
Anyways, I think the Crystal Star could be expanded quite a bit. At least it could be mentioned that it is given to Brothers when they become Journeymen (if I have my facts straight) and that it can only be given to a non-brother after an act of extreme self sacrifice for the good of the Brotherhood.
It is a sign of trust on the part of the Brotherhood and ensures the help of other Brothers if bared.
I don't know much about the explosive crystal. Any idea who makes them or how?

The crystal star pendant could use the information in the revised game book #1.
It may activate if in close proximity to creatures from the Darklands, for instance Helghast. Hmmm ... wonder why it doesn't in game book #2, #3 and #5.
I'd remove the hanging from gold chain reference. I assume this is simply how the gamebook tells you to wear it. Someone else could find another place/way of carrying it.
For the Crystal Explosive I can you can add that it is made by the Elder Magi. Applies at least for the one in Torgar and the one in gamebook #12.

Sorry for being late in commenting. I've mostly commented by changing and restructured the texts this time.
Removed the well-known clause. I do not think many would recognize it for what it is. The Darklords and some of the more powerful beings would. Added the full moon clause and that the dagger went into LW's possession.
Restructed so it follows the same flow as other herbs.

Deathstaff
Rareness: One of a kind, Destroyed Item type: Weapon Effect: Dark power Cost: N/A
Naar laboured long and hard to create the Deathstaff. It is made of a metallic haft of two metres long that is cold to the touch and it has an unnatural weight.
It was created to raise Darklord Vashna from the Maakengorge. Naar gave it to Demoness Shamath to achieve this goal. She was to venture to Magnamund through a Shadow Gate. Lone Wolf stole the Deathstaff from her and ventured through the Shadow Gate to Magnamund before the Demoness. Lone Wolf then prevented the Demoness from entering Magnamund by destroying the Shadow Gate using the Deathstaff before she could step through.
The Deathstaff disappeared when Lone Wolf destroyed the Shadow Gate, but is soon reappeared in the hands of another of Naar's champions on Magnamund - The Deatlord of Ixia.
Lone Wolf undertook a new mission to thwart the Deathlord. This mission ended with the desruction of the Deathlord and the Deathstaff.

Made a numer of additions. This is an item where we probably know more or less all of its history.

The deathstaff wasn't the staff that was used in the Darke Crusade, right?

wow. Yes. We should salvage the pages from there and store them to a new wiki. Me and Grolam put in much work in the wiki which was simply lost at the crash and this 'back-up' seems to contain much of it.
