Hi guys, Been a while since I've been back here (time being ever my enemy!) but I wanted to do a quick post to see if anyone here is interested/available to playtest my submission for the annual Windhammer Prize for short gamebook fiction (the winning entries being published by Tin Man Games)... I won't say much about my submission (to avoid biasing perceptions) except that it's essentially a "multi-player deathmatch in a dungeon"; you have at least seven other opponents moving around the dungeon in "real time" and you can play solo or have up to six players as well. -Hence why I need a bit of playtesting to make sure it all makes sense, is sufficiently balanced, and above all ... fun! So if you're interested, I'll send you a word doc version, that you can either print out and play the "old-school" way, or play on the computer where I've hyperlinked the sections so that you can just click from one section to another Short notice I know, but I'll need to get feedback by the end of August, as the submissions close a few days after that. But even if you don't manage to do that, you can always vote for my submission after this date (although you'll need to vote for another submission as well to make a valid vote). Further details on the comp. are here anyway: www.arborell.com/windhammer_prize.htmlSo PM me with an email address if you want a copy sent to you for playtesting and I'll send it on... Cheers! Brewin'
