Opening it provides little difficulty. Inside you find a tomb area with headstones.
There are recent tracks of someone passing here.

Grey Ferret takes too left and follows the wall in search for another exit.
Mordin takes to the right and follows that wall.
You can follow either or look more closely for trapdoors and other secrets in the centre, or look more closely at tombs and headstones.
The room is 9x9 squares large, with the central 7x7 squares dedicated to tombs.
