It looks like Sid Meier's old good Civilisation to me (except - Lincoln's officers won't be Mongolians in this game, probably  ... and phalanx probably won't be able to destroy a missile cruiser ). "Create a nation and decide how you will rule your people by choosing a government type." LOL: choose democracy - playing time = one election period. ;D |

Was it NationStates? I used to play that. Lacked any depth whatsoever, but it was ok. |
