Hahaha... this is cool. Why do they think LW is somekind of homicidal maniac?

The map is nice, thank you!
Now, I have to sneak somehow to this large colour printer at my institution. I'll do it tomorrow night. ;D

If I can find it I could probably scan in a piece of Lone Wolf fan art I did with coloured pencils when I was about ten or eleven (and only had one or two Lone Wolf books to use as a guide so it's heavily reminiscent of the old book 3 cover - the decent one ).

The map is very well done.
It is probably worth Jan Charvat going through and reviewing the place and feature names on it. The font used pushes certain letters too close together, making them difficult to read (in a few cases, unreadable unless you already know what the label should say). One also has to make certain that labels are placed so that underlying features (particularly mountains) do not make the label unreadable. But the instances I saw of both situations were pretty few and far between.

Added a link to this map from the Gaming Resources thread on LWRPGoL. Maerin chuckles.Just so my players for "The Sun Sets" know, there are some small inaccuracies on that map so far as Talestria is concerned (mostly scaling issues) so it will not be adopted as the "official" map for my campaign on LWRPGoL.

Since Jan is not a member of TotS, perhaps you guys could report your observations on the PA forum? I'm sure he will upgrade his map with what you will report to him.

Honestly, I don't want to nitpick his work because overall he did a great job (and I really don't have the spare time to do the thorough review of it that it deserves). I just wanted to warn my online game players who are here that using it right was not in their best interests. Particularly since one of them said he would be putting a link to it in the LWRPGoL forums.

How accurate do you need a map to be anyway? You're the GM, you can switch the positions of Helgedad and Holmgard if you want. You already killed Lone Wolf.

I don't need the map to be accurate at all. But you might...
