Beowuuf couldn't have used Mind with Parry in last round either... but since no one caught it and no bonus damage was awarded I will let the faulty applied bonus remain.

Ok, can I do block head (Mind) instead? If not, just block head. You have to pick between Block Head (Mind) and Block Head (Psychic Fear) You can't use both in one move. You can also place the psychic fear on a later move since it doesn't require a Block action. Specify the change you want by posting new sequence of moves. Will apply Doomy's change above. Time to make some rolls. I will use Block Head Mind in first and add Psychic Fear to move #2.
