Anyone tried it yet? I'm trying it right now. Pros v Firefox 3: Gmail works properly. Cons: I can see a banner ad as I type this.

Gmail works properly for me in Firefox 3. I've not tried Chrome yet, and don't really plan to. I dislike betas at the best of times, and am more than happy with Firefox at the moment. Just as an aside, more people would see this if it were moved to the Lorehall of Solaris? -GB

oh, and wb GB! I've been lurking a lot - I've not had anything interesting to say. Still haven't got too much interesting - I'd like to get back into the WW at some point.

I'm not keen on some aspects of the new Firefox, so I might try Chrome.

Since Chrome is open-source, it's only a matter of time until someone releases a variant that offers its speed and new features but blocks ads and doesn't spy on you. I might switch to that, but for now I'm sticking with FF.
