Oh, I guess that I was partially wrong: I found another Word document that dates back to 2007, which means that it was created for the 3rd Night of the CAThy Awards. This text has only the names of the winners and their respective category. I probably wrote the ceremony in another document that is sadly lost for sure. Only the Award of Paticipation (which would had been handed out after the ceremony) and the Honorable mentions are missing:

This is a fun and amazing trip back through memory lane. Can't believe if was so long ago now! It is definitely a reminder of exactly what we've lost from the old TotS days

The .com site was coming up for renewal recently from whatever holding company had it, but for some reason I couldn't get buy it even though it was offered. Don't recall now.
