I have a friend who lives in Norwich. Unfortunately, my only memory of Norwich is sheltering in the cathedral when I was about nine because the East Anglian weather was so foul that day!

Wow! It took only a week for the book to travel from Canada to Singapore, at the other side of the world! When I think that it took nearly 18 months between Oklahoma City and KHFA's place in southern USA...
