So, I'll just try to sketch the picking order (and hope I'll do it without mistakes) : Simey - AS - BC - Doomy - ETB - Jan - Jan - ETB - Doomy - BC - AS - Simey. (hope it's correct) Damn! I'm the last!

Yep. Simey picks first followed by everyone else until we all have our first team, then the order is reversed for second choice.

Right, since I'm second.
Unless Simey picks Sweden I'll pick my home team as first choice.

Reeeeeaaally sorry for not being on for a while just at the wrong time - week won't un-manic itself until Sunday. Though some of the busy-ness has been fun stuff, including - appropriately enough - ice skating yesterday. I'm rubbish, but did improve a bit. Verdict: I still can't skate. But I can't not skate as much as I couldn't skate before, which is something. Anyway: Finland.

I honestly expected Simey to beat me to it, but he went for Finland. Clearly he knows something I don't.
That, or he landed on his head one time too many while attempting to skate.

Watching the Games' opening ceremony. Having recently watched Cool Runnings again am hopeful of seeing latest generation of Jamaican bobsled team. EDIT: Only one Jamaican and he's a skier. Why no bobsledders? Jamaica has plenty of sprinters and sprinters make the best bobsledders!

List to be updated: Simey (Finland) - AS (Sweden) - BC (Canada) - Doomy (Russia) - ETB (USA) - Jan (Czech Republic) - Jan (Slovakia) - ETB (Germany) - Doomy (Switzerland) - BC (?) - AS (?) - Simey (?).On turn: BC. Remaining teams: Norway (group A); Latvia (group B); Belarus (group C). I'm ill now, so I have enough time to update the list flexibly.

Damn! This is what I feared! OK, I have two turns, so I'll pick both parts of our old good federation - Czech Republic and Slovakia. Not that I would be such a nationalist, but both teams are definitely the best of those remaining. Both are in the same group, so it's kind of silly, but at least I've got a pretty good chance that one of them makes it to the play-off. It's your turn again, EvilTB! Now, I'm really interested! Honestly, I don't know what team I would choose now. So?

Norway unless BC picks them and Belarus if BC takes Norway.
Not taking Latvia. Their group mates look a tad too hard for them.
