As big a fan I am of the animated DnD series, Presto wasn't exactly cool. Now Venger was cool. He had an evil horn, black wings, Optimus Prime voice, and, er, dress? I guess the dress detracted a bit from his evilness.
Still Presto's the only wizard I can think of that can cast spells while shrieking like a little girl. "Abracadabra, Hocus-Pocus, and all those other magic words! AAH!"

Yeah, but if you can't kill a group of teenagers, and get scared by some sissy five-headed dragon, can you be all that cool? Killing a group of teenagers isn't all that easy, not when they've got Hank the Ranger as their leader. |

So wanted stats for that bow when I first played D&D, even made a point of playing a ranger when I had the chance. Wonder if they'll do a version of it for 4e...Or even a campaign setting... Ahem.
