First priority is obviously to get Mar fixed up, and that means moving south to secure that area and ensure there are no more enemies present.
Then, as Mar heals, I want to loot these three bodies.

You have me firing the rifle in this round, but I wanted to use the pistol as I'm up against several targets at close range. You fired the pistol. Only a mistype of the weapon in that section. A rifle shot would only have hit one enemy with a different calculation. The pistol shot hit two enemies.

Kill the weakest (most damaged) first and continue in that vein until all are dead.
