You ranged search reveals a group of Annihilator patrolling the area before you to the South.
They are still at a fairly large distance (at Q-13). You see at least two creatures. Perhaps there are more. Difficult for you to be sure at this distance.
It will take you roughly one round (6-7 activity) to reach them.

Since i spot them first can i switch to stealth over two rounds, using a power word for 2 mana for stealth too
Leave some activity aside to do a second basic search at the end of next round before engaging

Last round for it. So you need not spend Mana to recast it this round. And the attack round it does not matter if you are stealthed or not. Hmm basically this means that you progress as indicated above. 5 steps towards them and a Search +1 at end.

Use one of the tamara seeds, whisper a power word: strength then stealth attack the adept (can I one-shot kill him?) carrying on to the mage

The advice is the same as for last enemies.
Use Power Attack and your Sword this round for the stealth attack. This will kill the Mage (13 damage) is more than enough for all Tier IIs.
Then attack the Adept with your remaining attack this round. With any luck you should kill him. You can consider trading 1 point of accuracy for damage, but only a very low damage roll will fail to kill as it is.

Ah, I thought the mage would be higher. I will keep the accuracy and take on the adept second then!

Pouch: 1 Tamara Seeds
Actions: Switch to Sword (Free) Power-Word Strength (4 Rounds, Tamara Seed) Move to Q-13 NE (3 activity) Stealth attack on Mage (2 activity and 2 Perception points) Attack Adept (2 activity)
Enemies: Mage Q-13 NE, Unaware Adept Q-13 SE, Unaware
Attack on Mage auto-hits with 13 damage. (5 + 4 + 4) Beowuuf kills the Mage.
Bewouuf attacks Adept: 4 + 9 = 13. DC: 5. Hit. Damage: 4 + 1d5 = 4 + 1 = 5.
Ack... That was minimum damage so you failed to kill. The Adept is tottering on death's door however. A concussion blast with 1 will kill for sure.
Also... You discover one further enemy to the South. He doesn't seem to have noticed the fight so far but it can only be a matter of time before doing so.
Notice that neither your search nor your stealth was particularly high last round. They are at a distance. Killing the Adept with the Power Word and retreat and hide where you found the Tamara Seeds will allow you to successfully flee for sure. Of course if it is only the lone Mage there then attack is the better option.
Enemies: Mage Q-13 NE, Dead Adept Q-13 SE, 5 damage Mage Q-15 SW, Unaware.

Power word: concussive blast to down the mage, then on to the mage - I'll take my chances!
Can I stealth in to the next round and also try a search on the mage's square too?

Power word: concussive blast to down the mage, then on to the mage - I'll take my chances! Can I stealth in to the next round and also try a search on the mage's square too? You can make an auto-hit attack, since the Mage is unaware and generally not aware of the situation. You will always have a chance to discover those in range. Anyone who attacks you, you will auto-detect. Anyone who has seen you will no doubt cast Magic at you. If this is the case you will not be able to do stealth attack on the Mage, but you can still auto-hit with Power Attack for good damage. (Minimum: 9)
