I guess Doomy will see this move. The way you are initially moving will not get you a clear view. You need to change direction and move vertically. I assume you want to do this? Yeah. You lot are lucky I'm a good guy!

So actions: 0. eviltb failed psychic fear Beowuuf failed hold. 1. Aguila moves to H8 Annilator moves to H7 Doomy moves to G3 Beowuuf moves to H4 At this point Doomy has a horrid angle. Closest square to get a reasonable view is F7. That will take the rest of his round. You can not get a shot of until start of next round. Beowuuf will end up at H8. Not sure about Trasken.... I guess I will resolve the Attack interchange first. Let's see. I need Initiative x 2, Attack x2 for Annililator, Attack x4 for Aguila. Edited with rolls: Rolls in order: Initiative Aguila Initiative Annihilator Attack roll Aguila (x4) Attack roll Annihilator (x2) (1d10=8, 1d10=4, 1d10=5, 1d10=9, 1d10=1, 1d10=4, 1d10=2, 1d10=4) Buffed Aguila has 3 Strength and 4 Speed. Spear does 1d2 Fire in addition to the 1d6 + 1 magical it already has. (Plus the Strength bonus) Aguila Initiative: 8 + 4 = 12 Annihilator Initiative: 4 + 1 = 5 Aguila attack #1: 4 + 5 = 9 >= 7. Hits. Damage: 3 (Strength) + 1 (Magical) + 1d2 (Fire) + 1d6 = amounts to six or more so Aguila takes it out with her first strike.

Since there was some interest for a second match-up I guess we will have one while I put up the sign-up for the second last event.
My suggestion for reduction of damage: Same square: Kills 1 square off: 6 + 3d4 2 squares off: 3 + 2d4 3 squares off: 1d4
Opinions ?

This competiton was renamed to Lucky Throw", initially it was based on "Axe throwing" in KDJT.
There are some axes in the next sign-up compeition.

Well, I for one would welcome the chance to improve my pitiful performance in this contest.

No comments here, it seems damage has been toned down enough for the game to last longer but there's only one way to be sure.

I guess I liked that the final battle was not too involved!
I'm not sure if a more exponential exposion effect might not be better? So instant kill, to 2d10+8, to 1d6+2, to 1d4, to 1 damage. Or something

Or something The reason I use d4's is that I plan to roll a very large sequence of d4 in one go. Much simpler to just have one damage dice when resolving moves.
