Hey, thanks guys! It really means a lot to me that you guys remembered! Everyone but me seemed to know it was my birthday this week, and it was a bit of a shock to realize they were right! Then I had to ask someone how old I would be.
From what they said, I'll be 24!
It's been a little rough the last couple of weeks, what with the break up and everything. You could defenitely ask for worse break ups (why would you want to?), but it was a five year relationship, and I'll admit it's frightening to imagine life without Shannie, even though I think it will be good for me to learn more about myself in a new context.
In any case, my friends in Eugene remembered and have been very excited, and I'm glad. But there's no one I'd rather have wish me a happy birthday than my TOTS crew! I've been with you guys for something like six years now. I never imagined that people could get so close over the internet.
I count you all as very dear friends, and I'll drink one in your honor tommorrow.
Hell, if you guys were here, I'd buy everyone a beer. Of course, then I'd be broke, but it would be worth it.
