You get to restore a point after defeating every second opponent, and also for every five moves you have waited. So you will get a point after you defeat your current opponent, who has three head and two balance points remaining.

Also... you do know that you can use Psychic fear and Psychic attack much more than you do? You can use each of these in every two set of moves you make. So you could be alternating them as below: 1st set: psychic fear 2nd set: psychic attack 3rd set: psychic fear 4th set: psychic attack and so on.

I think it's every six moves, not rounds. You get three moves per round.
