New Forum, so I have been thinking about a new Warhammer Conversion, spurred on by other adaptions here. I had a stab a couple of years ago, but I thought it was time to have another go. So here are my first thoughts on :
Races of Magnamund:

Dwarf
A Dwarf character gains the following Skills and Talents:
Skills: Common Knowledge (Dwarves), Speak Language (Dwarven),
Speak Language (North Speak or Southernath), Trade (Miner, Smith or Stoneworker)
Talents: Dwarfcraft, Grudge-born Fury, Night Vision, Resistance to
Magic, Stout-hearted, Sturdy
Grudge Born Fury: Dwarves have long memories and never forget their enemies. They gain +5% WS tests made against Cenerese Druids, and Giaks.
Human
A Human character gains Skills and talents based on their homeland. See the Regional Features later in this section.
Kloon
A Kloon character gains the following Skills and Talents:
Skills: Common Knowledge (Kloons), Speak Language (Kloonish),
Speak Language (North Speak), Gossip or Haggle, Trade (Miner) or Read/Write
Talents: Night Vision, Resistance To Magic, Scholarly, Stout-hearted
New Talent: Scholarly
You are particularly academic and scholarly, gaining +10% to all Academic Knowledge tests, and +10% to Perception tests when researching libraries.
Noodnic
A Noodnic character gains the following Skills and Talents:
Skills: Common Knowledge (Noodnics), Speak Language (Noodnish),
Speak Language (North Speak), Sleight Of Hand, Scale Sheer Surface or Trade (Tailor), Perception
Talents: Keen Senses, Night Vision, Resistance to Poison
Note: Noodnics initially do not gain careers as other characters , but may follow the creature careers: Brute, Sneak, Chief, Apprentice Shaman, Shaman and Shaman Lord.
Ogron
An Ogron character gains the following Skills and Talents:
Skills: Common Knowledge (Ogrons), Speak Language (Giant), Speak Language (North Speak), Trade (Miner, Farmer or Smith)

Note: The Drive skill may be used to operate the Mammoth-tusk skis used by the Ice Barbarians of Kalte, in addition the the wind sleds used by those people.
