Just so everyone knows, AS used me to adjudicate the specials, so if there is anything you think is unfair, blame not not AS Anyway, to change the subject completely, my new AS approved specials are now: - Kill everyone (1 mana) - nick everyone's stuff (free action) - kill everyone and nick their stuff (2 mana, 1 activity to cast, cannot fail) Nah, not really.

Items:Double handed War Axe Machete Wolfskin cloak Wolfskin boots Bearskin Loincloth A pouch of Gold Crowns A small pouch of salts A waterskin I don't see how the Berserker Range will work. I don't see why a Rage would on one side make you harder to hit (higher speed does this) and at the same time make you take more damage. In this game Strength doubles for Constitution so you would normally take less damge. Normally, Rage works the other way around. The following is an already approved special which you can consider: BloodlustCan enter rage at start of any round at no activity cost. The rage increases your Strength with 2 for up to Strength score rounds. You have to make close combat attacks whenever possible during this time. (+2 strength give you +2 to hit and +2 to damage which is quite good also improves your "fortitude" which may be worthwhile.) You may not interact with your backpack. You may not use ranged weapons. You get a penalty to your Eye score of 2 points for double the amount of rounds you raged. You may cancel the rage at the start of any round, and you may then act normally from the start of the next round. (You will then rage during the current round.) You may not start a new rage as long as you have the penalty to your Eye score from the previous rage. Guts. Hmmm ... so far no PC has been knocked out, although I guess there is a first for everything. General assumption is that PC's are unconscious (and helpless) as opposed to dead. If you want to be more durable I can recommend an ability which allows you to resist damage. Like the following: ToughnessAllows you to reduce any physical damage (piercing, slashing or bludgeoning) with 1 point. Eathing flesh will not be useful during the competition, since eating is an activity which takes several rounds, and the events will last precious few rounds. The resistance part of this special you can have. It would be as follows: Resistance against Poison and Disease. The character receives a +2 bonus when making saves against Poison and Disease, and may make one reroll when failing such a save.

Ok, I'll take Bloodlust and Toughness. The last one however... The plan was to make my character a cannibal and I wanted at least one skill that reflect that part of him. Is there a Bite-like special? I want him to have sharp, almost shark-like teeth due to his diet. Or any other ideas?

Can't your bloodlust be triggered by hunger not rage? And also, the hit/damage bonus might well represent you going for their jugulars with sharp teeth in an unpredictable way rather than because of a powerful blow

Life DrainYou have to make an unarmed attack. If you hit the enemy, and use this ability you will gain 1d3 Health. As for your own RP reasons for gaining the health, you are free to make up your own reasons. The person who took it initially feasted on the target's blood. The above special works for living targets with flesh and blood.

Herbs and Potions for the event:
Each player is permitted 3 Potions or Herbs. This is a limit for the entire Magnamund Rescue. These Potions include Stat potions, Mana potions and more. Ask for particulars and effects.
Please notice that Healing Potions are free and each event will assume that you have 1 Healing Potion among your belongings.
Also notice that Health and Mana will replenish fully between the events.
Stacking rules: Temporay affects to the same stat will NOT stack. So Potion of Strength will not stack with Power Word: Strength, Bloodlust or the Telchos Battlecry to increase Strength.
Permanent affects like a Belt of Strength will stack with a temporary effect.

Only a few days until the Mrksmanship's event first round is resolved.
For those who plan to be part of the event: you are beginning to run quite late to make it in time!

Just as an aside, what do Annihilators look like? I'd find it easier to write IC stuff if I knew what I was killing.
