This thread is only for the fighters and me. All spectators should post in the Stadium thread.
Also, don't forget to vote! Spectators are an important part of this tournament, giving viewers the chance to change the final decision of a fight. Vote in as many fights as you wish. Fighters can also vote, though good etiquette demands they hold to their honor and not vote for themselves.
Okay guys, go ahead whenever you're ready. Either one of you can start. You take turns after that. This match will end when both players have made ten posts.

The Badger stepped carefully around his opponent, circling, looking for weaknesses. His right blade was poised to strike, his left to defend, though he could swap easily if the need arose. Playing to the crowd, he skipped forward, and with the tip of his rapier sliced a 'BB' into Dharn's chest. The wound was light, the clothing suffered more, though Dharn might feel the effects of blood loss if the battle went on too long. With a merry laugh the Badger jumped back out of the way.

Dharn ignored the searing pain on his chest as he went for the offensive. He dashed forward in quick steps before making a sudden stop just an arm's length from Bewildered Badger. Using the momentum of his movement, he drove a vicious thrust towards his opponent's abdomen area. Using the full force of his upper body, he only hope it would connect with maximum impact. Dharn also hoped the healers are ready for a bloody battle because the big money ticket holders are going to get eye full in this circle.

As he saw the incoming strike, Badger tried to back flip out of the way. He succeded, robbing the blow of much of it's power and preventing a severe injury. Still, he was badly winded, and realized that the tide had turned. Cautiously he kept his distance, trying to distract his opponent by flicking dirt towards his face with the tip of his blade. With a bit of luck, a bit of dirt might get into Dharn's eye, significantly lowering his chances of success.

The dirt hit Dharn in the eyes but that couldn't shake his resolve. Firmly gripping his weapon, Dharn spin his body around in a circle, using the centrifugal force as added strength to his weapon swing. He aimed for the waist area, hoping to rip or hit something as he shook the dirt from his eyes. In one motion, he was readied to fight again. He caught a glimpse of Lady Morgan from the corner of his eye and wondered if she is looking his way.

Suddenly a dark shape moved through the crowds watyching the fight in Circle 4. Gaining momentum, the shape pushed aside the viewers and then leapt out of the stands and into the ring. A black cloak was torn away by the wind, revealing powerful muscles on a lithe form. The two fighters paused, assesing this newcomer.
Morgan smiled knowingly. Shadowcrow had entered the fight.
From this point on, Shadowcrow will join the fight. He will always post after Dharn and before Bewildered Badger. Shadowcrow starts on post 2 (so you'll only get to make a total of 9 posts as opposed to your opponent's 10) due to his late coming.
To vote for Shadowcrow, PM me, since I can't modify polls.

Standing between the two opponents the Kai observed them carefully, trying to estimate their combat prowess.
Turning to Dharn, Shadow Crow point at him with his finger.
"Don't try to step in my way, peasant. You know my power for you have tasted them time ago. So think carefully what are you doing."
Spinning, Shadow Crow let three throwing knives go from his right sleeve against the commoner, while his left hand reached for the scabbard upon his shoulder, where Kaistar rested.
Suddenly the Kai jumped and unsheathed his weapon in mid-air, ready to strike from above.

Oh great, a second opponent, thought the Badger as things took a turn for the worse, and a foul tempered one at that. Quickly he stepped to one side, keeping the newcomer between him and Dharn. His twin rapiers twitched as if in eager expectation of battle. Two blades, two targets, things had got interesting. He was struck by the thought that this was a little moe complex than he'd wanted for his first fight...

Dharn's staff caught Badger a nasty slap on the shoulder sending him spinning to the ground. He rolled away to the very edge of the circle before jumping to his feet. He was now far enough from his opponents that neither could attack him without turning his back on the other. That bought him a few moments with which to catch his breath. Now to see what happens he thought as he planned his next move.

Dharn took Shadow Crow's punch directly in the face. In a move that would be replayed many times in the Replay Globe, Dharn managed to spin around after the attack and planted a kick on Shadow Crow's stomach. Using his entire strength, Dharn used the attack to throw himself into the air towards Bewildered Badger. Dharn hoped to slice into the air and hit Bewildered Badger with a thrust of his staff. Either that or he would fall flat on the circle grounds.

Focusing on his Healing skills Shadow Crow managed to ease the pain of the blow.
Then he slapped himself on the face to remain present to the situation.
Dharn used the kick as an help to jump and reach the corsair in a single move; really impressing!

Dharn's jump straight at him shocked the Badger, a metaphorical slap to the face. The strike knocked Badger to the ground, perilously close to the circle's edge. In desperation he kicked out, hoping to trip Dharn, or at any rate knock him back towards Shadow Crow. With luck, the Kai would now be able to attack Dharn's defenceless back. In a well practiced move, Badger flipped back to his feet.

Bewildered Badger's attack, while in desperation, caught Dharn by surprised. Unbalanced, Dharn found himself hopping on one foot backward, back towards where he came. Finally Dharn crumbled and started falling down in the most unfashionable way, one that Ron and Thelor would have a field day. However, Dharn caught a shadow from the corner of his eye and promptly lashed out with his staff. He tried to aim for the knee, hoping to decimate the kneecap and buy him enough time to recover.
