Pity the story is lost, it was quite fun and interesting  Thanks for the comment. Well, if chapter 15 has been saved, I'll be waiting for you to post it on that marvelous webpage you've made with all the chapters. With what I will see there, and knowing where we were at in chapter 16, I'll make a post summarizing the events of that lost chapter and we'll continue the story from there. For those who have missed it: the Treasurer of Sommerlund, Lord Aldius, has made a mysterious deal with the Darklands. He would capture Black Cat and keep him in his castle (on an island in the middle of the sea) while a Helghast in disguise would took his place and return to the Monastery. In exchange, Aldius was going to receive something from a ship in Holmgard. Right now, fake-BC is at the Monastery looking for something while real-BC tries to escape from Aldius' clutches en route for Holmgard. We were at a point where Wild Horse and his ship came to the rescue of Aldius while two Xargath were attacking. To BC: Sorry for the late reply Yes, and with Wildhorse's combined use of Elementalism and Grand Nexux, he sent the Torpedo into the first Xargath, lethally wounding it. So now I believe we had a second Xargath and you are still in the sea... |

Ah, okay, now we know where to start from in Chapter 17. I just need Chapter 15 so that I can write a SsF type of post for Chapter 16, and we will be good to continue our story.

Pulling the WW files from a disc to my laptop, then I can perhaps even get the chance to start porting chapter 15 across tonight! Need to unzip them too
In the meantime, fishing out some other posts and files I managed to find, aswell as my own WW stuff (not all of it at once, that would overwhelm the threads and bury other entries)!

We should call for WW posters to make a post in the Chapter 16 summaries thread. With all the summaries put together, I think it would make the perfect replacement file for the lost Chapter 16 as well as a good SsF for Chapter 17.

As I "restarted" Maerin's story in Chapter 17, I have no summaries to add from previous Chapters.

Beo - not wanting to pick at all your incredibly hard work, but, erm, a comment.... In the Story So Far thread you've got the overall SSF that's a really helpful quick-start for anyone wanting in to the WW. Is there any chance this could remain in a thread by itself? Thing is, it's now followed by all the Chapter summaries which are lengthy and daunting. I just reckon that the overall SSF could do with being seen as the single GO TO article to get people started without their seeing a whole scary load of WW history attached to it. Just a thought that I,er, thought....  |

Woohoo! Guess what I've found lying on the desktop of my sister's computer? The SsF of Chapter 16!!! All that is missing is the actual Chapter 16, but like I said, a simple summary of each storylines by those involved in them will replace it.

I could hug you, but you might not want fur on your Kai cloa Simey I'll think about it, I might rejig the stick threads, so the story so far and summary of the states of various places are in one thread ,the summaries in another not sticked (but linked) thread, the purpose of the west watch thread is much drier and the starting in the west watch thread has more of the purpose of the wwest watch content in it, and is the starting thread Just a few small none LW real life thigns to do, and LW thigns to do first - like KDD4 write ups! |

Ok, was distracted for a little bit of the evening, but in general I have swapped around some info on the background and starting WW threads, and started trying to fill in the classes info in the starting thread - please yell if you think this is the wrong sort of info,m presentation, etc. Or just if you have a better summary of your class as related to the WW. I added a small spacer to the story of... initial summary and chapter summaries
@wf - still waiting:D Don't worry though, plenty to keep everyone distracted atm!
